The Z & R Design team is comprised of a very talented design and operations staff whose collective experiences span decades, deliver successful projects on time, on budget and of high quality to our clients. Z & R designers have expertise in a variety of design disciplines, and are continuously updating their knowledge through continued training. Graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Interior Design. Heidi currently lives in Indianapolis with her husband, Greg, their son, Franklin “Cruze,” and their beloved maltese, Ernie.

Sue Faulstich:
Designer

Graduated from Butler University with a BA in Interior Design, and joined the Debra J. Smith firm in 1993. Sue was also a part of the 2003 Indianapolis Monthly Dream Team. She specializes in residential design and also writes a bi-weekly column for “Current in Fishers.” She currently resides in Carmel and spends her free time with family and watching the Colts.

Carol Grabert:

Graduated from Purdue University with a BS in Environmental Design, and has been working with this firm since 1987, when it was owned by Debra J. Smith. Carol’s projects have been published in numerous local papers, and she was part of the 2003 Indianapolis Monthly Dream Home Team. She currently lives in Carmel with her two children.
